Order Processing & Dispatch Timing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AST) on a business day will usually ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within St. Lucia

We currently ship only within St. Lucia.

Standard Delivery (Island-wide):
📦 Flat Rate: $20 XCD

FREE Pickup is available at any of our three designated locations.

Pickup Locations

Prefer to pick up your order? Choose FREE pickup at checkout and select one of the following locations:

1. La Place Carenage, Castries

2. Xpress Service Station, Balata, Babonneau

3. Elena’s Ice Cream Place, Rodneybay

Pickup is available for customers outside our delivery zone or for those who prefer this option. Orders can be collected from our designated pick-up points in Castries or Rodney Bay.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions, including the time and location.

When picking up your order, please bring:

• A valid ID

• Your order confirmation

Please allow 1 to 3 days for order processing.

Note: All orders are processed on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you selected pickup, you will receive a notification once your item is ready for collection.
